Garion Kong is a technology professional with more than 16 years experience in IT operations management, regional service support and information systems security management. He has a keen interest in IT Service Management, information systems security and a strong believer in continuous learning and Continuous Service Improvement.

By joining the itSMF Singapore chapter and volunteering as a council member, he hopes to help create more awareness on IT Service Management, application and benefits, career pathways and knowledge-sharing opportunities for IT and service management professionals in Singapore.

Garion holds a Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology. He has a passion for continuous learning and holds various professional certifications like ITILv3 Foundation, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, Certified Virtualization Expert for VMware virtualization, MCTS for SQL Server and a Level 1 certificate in Book-keeping.

Garion has previously served the chapter in the capacity of Council Member-Web Services and Honorary Secretary.

Anne-Lim Tan

Anne Lim-Tan has more than 2 decades of experience in the IT industry. During her 20+ years' tenure with IBM she was involved in positioning and implementing IBM technology solutions in industry segments such as Banking & Financial Services, Public Sector, Education, Transportation & Manufacturing. She also held various responsibilities in areas such as Strategic Account Management, Server Sales & Marketing, Segment Development and Channels Development & Management. Anne is currently Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic (School of Infocomm) where she hopes to share her real world experience with students and help them develop life skills.

Anne holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Masters in Training and Development. She is ITIL V3 Expert Certified, ITIL V2 Manager certified, COBIT Foundation certified, Prince2 Foundation certified, Lean IT Foundation certified, ACTA Certified and a certified Career Coach.

She has served in several Council positions with itSMF SG Chapter since 2007.

Ganesh Ramanathan

He has 18 years of experience in the IT services industry in the areas of managed services, vendor management, DC operations and project management. Deepak Thirunavkarasu, has worked with notable companies including Cable & wireless Worldwide, UK & Nissan North America as a Change Manager. He is now working for NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

He holds a post graduate certificate on Communications Engineering from De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. He is certified in ITIL V3 Foundation and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.

Having the passion for IT service management, Deepak believes that every organisation should implement the best practices as defined in ITIL for IT Service Management.

Being a member of ITSMF Singapore chapter Deepak would work along with the chapter to help achieve its goals.

Jesse Forbes

Jesse Forbes is a passionate service management leader with sixteen years of experience across business and information technology.

His experience has been within multinational companies in the technology, customer service, tourism, agriculture, FMCG and mining sectors. His primary focus has been within projects, service transition and operations roles.

He is currently the Global Lead for Technology Change, Release and Configuration Management at BHP Billiton.

Jesse holds a bachelor degree in business, majoring in information systems and is ITIL V3 certified in service strategy, service transition, continual service improvement, and release control and validation.

He is a long-standing member of itSMF across Asia Pacific in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. He has recently joined the executive council in order to further contribute to the success of the local chapter.

He has been working for last 17 years in various industries namely Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Manufacturing, Semiconductors. His area of IT expertise is SAP, Lotus Notes and Dot Net applications. His core strengths range from Business Processes mapping to IT change Management.

He is a SAP certified SCM consultant. He is a successful SAP trainer and an associate lecturer at UniSIM. He is also a board member in Singapore PMI chapter.

Rama Prasad Mamidi

Peter Edwards

Peter Edwards is a leader for IT Service Management and IT Optimization software solutions in ASEAN. He has been employed by IBM Singapore for over 14 years, and has had various roles in both the IBM Software Group and Technical Services, covering the ASEAN and Asia Pacific region.

Peter is certified in ITIL v3 to Expert level, and has extensive experience in planning, designing and implementing a holistic Service Management framework for IBM customers. He regularly works with clients to identify high priority requirements, and develop the architecture for a solution to address IT and business issues.

Peter has been working in the IT industry for 30 years and has many years of consulting experience whilst working at IBM, PWC, HP and a software vendor.
