Vinay is a certified ITIL V3 Expert and is currently working for Citibank in Singapore. Vinay has been in the IT field for over 18 years and prior to joining Citibank he spent major part of his career with Thomson Reuters in Singapore, Mumbai and Sydney and then with Royal Bank on Scotland and Barclays in Singapore. He is adept at managing & leading teams for running successful IT Support Process Operations; experienced in developing and enhancing processes, procedures and service standards for business excellence. He has worked in complex and challenging international and multi-cultural environments with experience in rendering support to a large customer base.

Vinay has been associated with itSMF Singapore for a number of years and has previously served the chapter in capacity of Council Member, Secretary and Vice President.

Anne Lim-Tan has more than 2 decades of experience in the IT industry. During her 20+ years' tenure with IBM she was involved in positioning and implementing IBM technology solutions in industry segments such as Banking & Financial Services, Public Sector, Education, Transportation & Manufacturing. She also held various responsibilities in areas such as Strategic Account Management, Server Sales & Marketing, Segment Development and Channels Development & Management. Anne is currently Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic (School of Infocomm) where she hopes to share her real world experience with students and help them develop life skills.

Anne holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Masters in Training and Development. She is ITIL V3 Expert Certified, ITIL V2 Manager certified, COBIT Foundation certified, Prince2 Foundation certified, Lean IT Foundation certified, ACTA Certified and a certified Career Coach.

She has served in several Council positions with itSMF SG Chapter since 2007.

Garion is an all-rounded IT professional with more than 16 years experience in the IT industry. He is currently the Technical Services Associate for a catastrophe risk modeling software company. With technology becoming closely integrated with business strategies and operations heavily dependent on IT services, Garion feels strongly that IT service management is an important and necessary component in the running of any enterprise. By joining the itSMF Singapore chapter and volunteering as a council member, he hopes to help create more awareness and networking opportunities for IT and service management professionals.

Meganaden has close to 10 years working experience and is currently a Problem Manager at Neurones-IT Asia Pte Ltd. He has a passion to deliver excellent IT Service using ITIL for an organization. In earlier roles, Meganaden has served as Support Manager, Team Leader and Application Support roles for banking and financial institutions. He is pursuing the ITIL Expert path and hopes to learn more from ITSM Forum Singapore Chapter experience. As a Council Member for Membership & Communication, he intends to increase the reach of itSMF Singapore and on-board more new members in the coming year and beyond.

Having the passion for IT service management, Deepak believes that every company should implement the best practices as defined in ITIL for IT Service Management.

Peter Edwards

Peter Edwards is a leader for IT Service Management and IT Optimization software solutions in ASEAN. He has been employed by IBM Singapore for over 14 years, and has had various roles in both the IBM Software Group and Technical Services, covering the ASEAN and Asia Pacific region.

Peter is certified in ITIL v3 to Expert level, and has extensive experience in planning, designing and implementing a holistic Service Management framework for IBM customers. He regularly works with clients to identify high priority requirements, and develop the architecture for a solution to address IT and business issues.
