Conference Overview

itSMF Singapore will be hosting the next annual conference in 2016, ITSM Leadership Congress - Innovation and Transformation on 22nd April, 2016 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

Every year itSMF Singapore hosts an annual event to bring together industry experts, leaders and professionals to share smart and innovative approaches to implementing and adopting IT Service Management (ITSM). Every year additional knowledge is added to the field. This is because industry leaders like YOU come and participate at this annual event.

The theme for the annual conference this year is on "Innovation" and "Transformation". Key drivers that are more relevant to cities and businesses today than before. With Singapore working towards a Smart Nation vision, the ITSM community in Singapore can play a contributing role to achieve that vision. This can be achieved through encouraging and supporting the adoption of best practices, development of people resources and skills, exploring smarter, innovative methods and tools to streamline IT service delivery processes. Businesses also need to review their legacy IT processes and practices and seriously look at transforming their IT service operations and integrate their IT strategies with those of the business.
