IT Management Consultant
Based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur

Pink Elephant - the leader in IT service management training - is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Management Consultant who has the creativity and drive to take our education programs to new heights.

The IT Management Consultant will:

• Deliver ITIL V3 Foundations courses both publicly and in house for customers
• Deliver a variety of Pink Practitioner ITIL courses

Qualified candidates should have:

• 5 or more years of training experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Management experience in any of the following key IT service and support functions are a necessary prerequisite: help desk, service support management, problem management, change management or service level management
• Post secondary education in a business discipline or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of adult education practices and principles
• The ability to deliver high quality, customer-focused training and the stamina and enthusiasm to travel throughout
• (ITIL) IT Service Management Certification
