Today, when business
success depends on a well-run IT infrastructure, your ability to manage IT

In May 2005, IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), the only internationally recognised, not-for-profit and independent organisation dedicated to IT Service Management will be organising its first event that focusses on the Singapore Chapter - "A 3D Perspective to IT Service Excellence". At the helm of this inaugural event in Singapore is Mr Aidan Lawes, CEO, itSMF UK and International, has been actively involved in Service Management matters for the past 14 years and is one the earliest holders of the ISEB Managers Certificate in IT Service Management.
