3 Keys for successful management of organizational change

This article is provided to you, compliments of Hewlett Packard, AP

?As I meet with CIOs and talk to industry experts I have noticed that the importance of managing change is often overlooked.  This insight is often gained hindsight.  I?ve heard CIOs say that they were surprised at how difficult it as to manage cultural change in their organizations in surveys and in person, I see again and again that top leaders vow to start managing change earlier in the process ? next time.
