ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

You are invited to the 1st Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 15th September 2005 at 5.30pm at BMC Software, 1 Temasek Avenue, #17-01 Millenia Tower, Singapore 039192.

Agenda for the AGM is as follows:-

• Opening Speech by President
• Presentation of Annual report and a Certified Statement of the previous year’s account Election of office-bearers and Council members for 2005-2006
• Appointment of Honorary Internal Auditor
