Dean has personally worked with leading banks, telecommunications companies and government officials to address their pressing needs i.e. connecting the disconnect between IT and business…not next month, next year but NOW!

Come learn first hand from BSM practitioner how users’ demands have shifted from ‘systems’ to ‘ business’; how savvy users deploy service management tools to address pressing problems in the area of root-cause, integration and service level management.
