Service Management issues in a Cloud environment
Synopsis: Does your company wish to be a Consumer, or a Provider of Cloud Services?
Depending on what your company does the answer is likely to be Both! So what then do you need to understand in order to be able to take advantage of the benefits that Cloud purports to bring to the table? Are they achievable, and what is the roadmap that a company might adopt to ensure success, and leverage competitive advantage?
This session will look at the issues, and potential benefits of Cloud Computing, as well as addressing the Architecture and Planning necessary to drive forward a successful project.
