Mind the Gap - Planning Your Service Management Project
itSMF Members Night - 11th Nov. 2009
One of the biggest questions that organizations ask about IT Service Management is "Where do I start, and how do I get approval to get going?" ITIL has many processes and often organizations want to know what they should start with, and how they can justify the project based on ROI or something similar.
During this itSMF Member's Night we will look at some of the approaches for assessing your current position, planning a project, and preparing the business case.
Project Management professionals pursuing the PMP certification will get 2 PDUs for attending this event.
