Dear Member,
You are cordially invited to attend the 5th Annual General Meeting of itSMF Singapore. This AGM will be combined with a very interesting member's event, and a buffet meal. The event is free of charge to members, and all members are urged to attend.
The event will be held on Tuesday 3rd March 2009, at Aventis School of Management Pte Ltd. - details of how to get to the location are below. The agenda for the evening will be:

6:30pm: Registration starts

7:00 - 8:00pm: An Evening of Service Management (an itSMF monthly event for all interested people). We will have 2 speakers for this event, details to follow in the next few days

8:00 - 8:30pm: a buffet meal. Both Halal and vegetarian dishes will also be provided

8:30 - 10:00pm: the AGM
The monthly event and the buffet meal are open to all interested people, but the AGM is only open to members. If you are not a member, please join us for the presentation at 7:00pm and for the buffet meal.
Fees: itSMF Members - Free
Non-members: $25 payable at the door
Alternatively, you may immediately become a member at the door by paying an annual individual subscription of $200 and then attend for free. (Note that different rates are applicable for other memberships)

All Council positions will be declared vacant at the meeting, and all members are eligible for nomination into any position.
We encourage members to nominate new office bearers for any position using the Nomination Form at Annex A in the attached document. To ensure validity, you must ensure that the nominations are current members, as listed in Annex B. Nominations should be received by itSMF Singapore prior to the commencement of the AGM. You can send your nominations by either email to general@itsmf.org.sg or mailing to IT Service Management Forum (Singapore), c/o ieIDEAS Pte Ltd, 120 Lower Delta Road, #02-02 Cendex Centre, Singapore 169208. If you are sending the nominations via email, you must also include the email consent from the nominee, the proposer and seconder.

If you are not yet a member, you may sign-up as a new member by logging onto the itSMF Singapore website at www.itsmf.org.sg, and going to the menu item Member / Register Today! All members in the process of membership renewal should complete their membership renewal prior to the AGM. We will also have a desk at the AGM for updating memberships before the meeting commences, so new members may also join the chapter, or current members may update their memberships at the AGM.
The meeting and AGM will be an ideal opportunity to find out more about the itSMF Singapore, its activities in the last year and the plans for the new year. There will also be plenty of time to discuss issues which concern you with other fellow members.

Directions to Aventis School of Management Pte Ltd.
Aventis School of Management Pte Ltd., 100 Orchard Road #04-100, Concorde Hotel, Singapore 238840
1. Take lift to Level 3, Hotel Lobby, and look for directions on the wall that lead to the Hotel Function Rooms. The Centre's name (Aventis School of Management Pte Ltd) appears below the sign for Function Rooms. Walk past the whole stretch of function rooms, to a lift on the right (the centre's signage also appears on the wall beside this lift). Take the lift to Level 4 and you will see the Centre once the lift doors open.
2. Take lift to Level 3, Hotel Lobby, change to the bullet lift and take to Level 4 (Hotel Swimming Pool). From there, walk forward and to the left of the Swimming Pool. Ahead is a dark glass door, the centre's name, Aventis School of Management Pte Ltd is located beside the glass door. Walk through the glass doors and down a flight of stairs to the centre.
3. From Kramat Lane (the lane behind Concorde Hotel), you will see Beauty Spa Angelsky (there is a sign on the wall for Aventis School of Management Pte Ltd). Walk up the flight of steps and take the lift outside Angelsky (Level 2), to Level 4. You will see the centre once the lift door opens.
Parking: Participants may park at Concorde Hotel car park, charges are:
$1.20/hr before 5pm
$2.50/entry after 5pm
