Dear IT Professional

As the driver of your organisation's IT infrastructure, the top-of-the-list priority is to ensure that your organisation's IT systems are kept operational with minimal or no downtime and with a sound IT service management strategy.

ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) is a cohesive set of IT best practice processes from both the private and public sectors. You may have done the training, sat the exams, attended the seminars, read the books, and you may have even heard the theory, and while it all sounds great does it really work?  How can you get the technology to support these best practices and derive real business value and service improvement from ITIL?  How can you rapidly deploy a best practice aligned service management solution that is not going to break your budget?  Do you really know what ITIL looks like in practice?  Would you like to see what a CMDB looks like?  Have you seen how to link multiple incidents to 1 problem record? What about a Known Error Database - how does that really work in practice?  Have you ever wondered if SLA's really can be automated?

Itilics extends a Special Invitation to attend
