Patrick Tay

Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC

Patrick Tay is the Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC. He is currently the Director of NTUC Legal Services Department, as well as the Future Jobs, Skills and Training Department. He is the Executive Secretary of The Singapore Manual & Mercantile Workers’ Union. He currently chairs the Government Parliamentary Committee for Manpower and also co-chairs the Financial Sector Tripartite Committee with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Patrick has represented numerous unions and union members in dispute resolution, conciliation and in the Industrial Arbitration Court. He also represents the Labour Movement in tripartite workgroups to review and update employment and industrial relations legislation.

Paul Wilkinson

Co-Director and Owner, GamingWorks

Paul has been actively involved in the IT industry for more than 35 years. Fulfilling a wide range of roles ranging from Computer Operator to IT infrastructure operations manager. He was co-author of the ITIL publication ’Planning to Implement IT Service Management’ and was a member of the ITIL advisory group for ITIL Version 3, and the architects team for ’ITIL Practitioner’.

Paul is also co-director and owner of GamingWorks, the company that developed the internationally renowned ’Apollo 13–an ITSM case experience’ ITSM simulation game as well as DevOps, Cybersecurity, Project management and Business & IT-Alignment business simulations. He was also co-author and developer of the ’ABC of ICT’ (The Attitude, Behavior and Culture of ICT) publications, having conducted ABC workshops and simulation workshops with delegates representing more than 4000 organizations world-wide.



Harold Petersen

Director and Principal Consultant

Harold Petersen is a management consultant and transformation manager with over 25 years of experience, specialising Digital Strategy, DevOps, SIAM, ITSM, ICT Governance and Project, Programme, Portfolio Management. He has lived and worked in South East Asia, Australia, Europe and Africa.

Recent roles include:
Digital Transformation Assurance, DevOps implementation, training, SIAM Operating Model design and implementation.

Harold is DASA* Ambassador in Australia and holds the ITIL Master certificate. He was itSMF national council member Australia and Singapore and itSMFI-IEB director. He is a regular speaker at itSMF, PMI and ISACA.

Harold and his family live in Canberra, Australia.



Suresh GP

Managing Director, TaUB Solutions

Suresh GP, M-Tech is currently the Founder & Managing Director of TaUB Solutions. He has more than 16+ Years of IT experience and specialised in IT Service Management, IT Governance, Agile, DevOps and Business Relationship Management. Suresh GP as a Principal Consultant does Consulting, Training, Simulations and Implementation services for ITSM, Agile, DevOps, BRM to Fortune 2000 organisation.

He was also awarded top 25 thought leaders in service management for 2017 by HDI.

Suresh is also the Regional Leader for Asia Pacific and Middle East at BRM Institute.To complement his extensive experience, he has earned wide range of certifications that include ITIL V3 Expert, DevOps Leader, CGEIT, CBRM, CASM, PMP, ISO 20000 Practitioner and ISO/IEC 20000 & 27001 Lead Auditor.

He is a regular blogger and speaker in National &International Forums like itSMF, DevOps Institute, PMI, ISACA. He was awarded itSMF Contributor Award by itSMF Singapore in 2013 and 4 BRM Excellence Awards at BRM Connect 2017.



Akshay Anand

Product Ambassador, IT Service Management, AXELOS

Akshay Anand is a Product Ambassador at AXELOS®, working on the development of new guidance and research within the IT Service Management (ITSM) portfolio. He previously advised Fortune 100 clients on how to improve their ITSM capabilities, implemented toolsets such as Remedy and ServiceNow, and headed up global ITSM activities at Macmillan Publishing.

More recently, Akshay has focused on bringing together Agile development teams and ITSM professionals to address challenges posed by emerging technologies and market shifts, and has occasionally been spotted tweeting as @bloreboy



Goh Boon Nam

Chief, IT Service Management Practice, Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore (NUS-ISS)

Boon Nam has over 20 years of management experience in IT, holding management portfolios in IT planning, governance, architecture, quality and process improvement, application development, operations, human resource development, financial management and outsourcing. He has also developed and implemented various IT management processes, and successfully led IT organisations in achieving CMM / CMMI Level 3.

At ISS, he oversees the IT Service Management Practice. In addition, he also teaches and consults on enterprise architecture, business architecture and IT process improvement (eg. IT service management and CMMI).



Anthony Lim

Director, Singapore, Cloud Security Alliance

Anthony Lim is a pioneer and veteran Asia Pacific cyber-security and governance professional, with over 20 years as a consultant, advocate, instructor, auditor and business leader. He has held inaugural regional senior positions at IBM, CA and Check Point.

Anthony is a long-time well-known speaker and content-provider for many industry, business, government and academic conferences, workshops, trainings, committees, executive roundtables and media (print, broadcast, internet) and is interviewed often on TV news.

He co-authored an acclaimed international professional technical certification for cloud computing, is a fellow of a Singapore university and life alumni of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.



Prof Alex Siow

Professor, School of Computing, National University of Singapore

Alex Siow is Professor in the School of Computing, NUS and concurrently Director of the Advanced Computing for Executives Centre, the Strategic Technology Management Institute and the Centre for Health Informatics.

Alex started work as a Structural Engineer in the Housing & Development Board in 1981 and became the Chief Information Officer in 1989. In 2003, Alex joined StarHub Ltd as Senior Vice-President, holding portfolios like Enterprise Sales, CIO and Enterprise Risk Management. From 2013 to 2014, Alex was the MD, Health & Public Service in Accenture Pte Ltd.

Alex is a Board Member of Temasek Polytechnic and the Singapore University of Social Sciences.



Amelia Ching

CEO, AgilenLite Pte Ltd

Amelia Ching is the Chief Executive Officer of AgilenLite and the consultant of SMU Academy.

Prior to her current designation, Amelia was the Academic Director of Financial IT Academy(FITA) @ SMU and had achieved for FITA the Technology Service Provider status on Institute of Banking and Finance(IBF) competency programmes.

Amelia is a veteran IT practitioner of a Global bank with diverse and deep IT technology management experience. Amelia has led several mission critical global corporation banking technology initiatives including the setup of Centre of Excellence for IT Production Support and consolidation of IT Service management Operations in Asia.
