Patrick Tay

Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC

Patrick Tay is the Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC. He is currently the Director of NTUC Legal Services Department, as well as the Future Jobs, Skills and Training Department. He is the Executive Secretary of The Singapore Manual & Mercantile Workers’ Union. He currently chairs the Government Parliamentary Committee for Manpower and also co-chairs the Financial Sector Tripartite Committee with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Patrick has represented numerous unions and union members in dispute resolution, conciliation and in the Industrial Arbitration Court. He also represents the Labour Movement in tripartite workgroups to review and update employment and industrial relations legislation.

Paul Wilkinson

Co-Director and Owner, GamingWorks

Paul has been actively involved in the IT industry for more than 35 years. Fulfilling a wide range of roles ranging from Computer Operator to IT infrastructure operations manager. He was co-author of the ITIL publication 'Planning to Implement IT Service Management' and was a member of the ITIL advisory group for ITIL Version 3, and the architects team for 'ITIL Practitioner'.

Paul is also co-director and owner of GamingWorks, the company that developed the internationally renowned 'Apollo 13 - an ITSM case experience' ITSM simulation game as well as DevOps, Cybersecurity, Project management and Business & IT-Alignment business simulations. He was also co-author and developer of the 'ABC of ICT' (The Attitude, Behavior and Culture of ICT) publications, having conducted ABC workshops and simulation workshops with delegates representing more than 4000 organizations world-wide.



Harold Petersen

Director and Principal Consultant

Harold Petersen is a management consultant and transformation manager with over 25 years of experience, specialising Digital Strategy, DevOps, SIAM, ITSM, ICT Governance and Project, Programme, Portfolio Management. He has lived and worked in South East Asia, Australia, Europe and Africa.

Recent roles include:
Digital Transformation Assurance, DevOps implementation, training, SIAM Operating Model design and implementation.

Harold is DASA* Ambassador in Australia and holds the ITIL Master certificate. He was itSMF national council member Australia and Singapore and itSMFI-IEB director. He is a regular speaker at itSMF, PMI and ISACA.

Harold and his family live in Canberra, Australia.



Suresh GP

Suresh GP, M-Tech is currently the Founder & Managing Director of TaUB Solutions. He has more than 16+ Years of IT experience and specialised in IT Service Management, IT Governance, Agile, DevOps and Business Relationship Management. Suresh GP as a Principal Consultant does Consulting, Training, Simulations and Implementation services for ITSM, Agile, DevOps, BRM to Fortune 2000 organisation.

He was also awarded top 25 thought leaders in service management for 2017 by HDI.

Suresh is also the Regional Leader for Asia Pacific and Middle East at BRM Institute.To complement his extensive experience, he has earned wide range of certifications that include ITIL V3 Expert, DevOps Leader, CGEIT, CBRM, CASM, PMP, ISO 20000 Practitioner and ISO/IEC 20000 & 27001 Lead Auditor.

Akshay Anand

Product Ambassador, IT Service Management, AXELOS

Akshay Anand is a Product Ambassador at AXELOS®, working on the development of new guidance and research within the IT Service Management (ITSM) portfolio. He previously advised Fortune 100 clients on how to improve their ITSM capabilities, implemented toolsets such as Remedy and ServiceNow, and headed up global ITSM activities at Macmillan Publishing.

More recently, Akshay has focused on bringing together Agile development teams and ITSM professionals to address challenges posed by emerging technologies and market shifts, and has occasionally been spotted tweeting as @bloreboy



Goh Boon Nam

Chief, IT Service Management Practice, Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore (NUS-ISS)

Boon Nam has over 20 years of management experience in IT, holding management portfolios in IT planning, governance, architecture, quality and process improvement, application development, operations, human resource development, financial management and outsourcing. He has also developed and implemented various IT management processes, and successfully led IT organisations in achieving CMM / CMMI Level 3.

At ISS, he oversees the IT Service Management Practice. In addition, he also teaches and consults on enterprise architecture, business architecture and IT process improvement (eg. IT service management and CMMI).



Anthony Lim

Director, Singapore, Cloud Security Alliance

Anthony Lim is a pioneer and veteran Asia Pacific cyber-security and governance professional, with over 20 years as a consultant, advocate, instructor, auditor and business leader. He has held inaugural regional senior positions at IBM, CA and Check Point.

Anthony is a long-time well-known speaker and content-provider for many industry, business, government and academic conferences, workshops, trainings, committees, executive roundtables and media (print, broadcast, internet) and is interviewed often on TV news.

He co-authored an acclaimed international professional technical certification for cloud computing, is a fellow of a Singapore university and life alumni of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.



Chris Ng

Product Manager /Lead Assessor, TUV SUD PSB

Chris Ng is the Product Manager and Lead Auditor with TUV SUD PSB. Prior joining TUV SUD PSB, Chris Ng has taken on a variety of interesting roles in the IT industry, ranging from Pre- and Post-sales, Regional Consulting and the Product Development of the relevant IT product and services.

As an experienced auditor, he has been conducting audits for customers of diversified industries and on various IT certification schemes like ISO 9001(Quality Management Systems), ISO 27001(Information Security Management System), ISO/IEC 20000-1 (Service Management System), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), SS 507 (Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery) and SS 584 (Multi-tiered Cloud Security). Chris Ng also sits in the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) committee in helping to generate CT 14. This is a document defining the criteria for certification bodies related to SS 584, which is a standard for Multi-tiered Cloud Computing Security)

Chris Ng currently holds a Master degree in Information Technology Management. In addition, he has been awarded the prestigious status of Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) and CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer.



Prof Alex Siow

Professor, School of Computing, National University of Singapore

Alex Siow is Professor in the School of Computing, NUS and concurrently Director of the Advanced Computing for Executives Centre, the Strategic Technology Management Institute and the Centre for Health Informatics.

Alex started work as a Structural Engineer in the Housing & Development Board in 1981 and became the Chief Information Officer in 1989. In 2003, Alex joined StarHub Ltd as Senior Vice-President, holding portfolios like Enterprise Sales, CIO and Enterprise Risk Management. From 2013 to 2014, Alex was the MD, Health & Public Service in Accenture Pte Ltd.

Alex is a Board Member of Temasek Polytechnic and the Singapore University of Social Sciences.



Amelia Ching

Amelia Ching is the Chief Executive Officer of AgilenLite and the consultant of SMU Academy.

Prior to her current designation, Amelia was the Academic Director of Financial IT Academy(FITA) @ SMU and had achieved for FITA the Technology Service Provider status on Institute of Banking and Finance(IBF) competency programmes.

Amelia is a veteran IT practitioner of a Global bank with diverse and deep IT technology management experience. Amelia has led several mission critical global corporation banking technology initiatives including the setup of Centre of Excellence for IT Production Support and consolidation of IT Service management Operations in Asia.



Charles Crouspeyre

Artificial Intelligence Director, Accenture

Charles has 11 years of experience in the Artificial Intelligence field where he has successfully implemented Machine Learning solutions across multiple industries: Homeland Security & Military, Fintech, Advertisement etc. He has been based in South East Asia for the last 6 years where he has created 2 startups (one focused on predictive maintenance for the Oil & Gas industry - in Singapore and Indonesia, one on fraud detection and credit scoring for unbanked populations - in Singapore and the Philippines). Prior to joining Accenture, he was leading the technology activities of the Innovation Centre of a multinational Advertisement company.

Jan-Willem Middelburg

Regional Director Asia, Pink Elephant

Jan-Willem Middelburg is the Regional Director for the Asia Pacific division of Pink Elephant, and based in Kuala Lumpur. He has been responsible for Pink Elephant's regional strategy and operations in Asia since January 2016. Prior this appointment, he was responsible for restarting the office of Pink Elephant in the Netherlands.

In 2016, Jan-Willem published the Service Automation Framework for the design and delivery of automated services, which is internationally considered the leading publication on service automation. As author of the book, he is a frequent keynote speaker and moderator at universities and technology conferences around the world. Jan-Willem holds a degree in industrial engineering and a master's in supply chain management from the Rotterdam School of Management.



Matthias Yeo

Matthias was previously Symantec Chief Technology Officer (Asia Pacific) responsible for driving organisation's solution strategy and technology vision throughout Asia Pacific. He serves as a trusted advisor in the area of governance to senior executives (such as CIOs and CISOs) and in strategizing and improving the overall security postures for their organization.

He has over 16 years of experience in Cyber Security and Technology Leadership. Presently, he holds the position of President in (ISC)2. Matthias has an impressive record of transforming IT business and produce quantum leap approach with the ability to align transformation to business agility, and brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as transformative changes, identifying GTM strategy and defining organization direction.

He is an active speaker in Asia Pacific on security and governance topics at conferences and industry events, where he provides deep insights into trends, developments and strategies for digital security. At Gemalto, Rama was in strategic leadership role for Gemalto to improve Operational efficiency, seamless service availability and Program governance.
Mission for this role is to bring back the Customer satisfaction ensuring reliable services. During his tenure, Rama improved Customer confidence by raising productivity. Introduced operational controls using Service Management approaches such as ITIL and complex change management using DevOps methodologies.

His customers are Asia Pacific blue-chip companies such as DoCoMo, KDDI, AMEX, SingTel etc.

At IBM, Rama was taking care of Delivery Risk Management, Service Management (Incident Management, Service Reporting). He spearheaded USD 12m program, Organizational Change, that ensures the faster turn-around time for RFCs. This is one of the major milestones for IBM.

Satyen brings in over two decades of experience in running successful businesses to Symphony SUMMIT. As CEO, he is responsible for overall strategy, enhancing growth and translating the vision and mission of the company into reality.

Satyen served as the Vice President at IBM running its x86 server business in India & South Asia. He played a pivotal role in propelling IBM x-Series servers to a market leadership position in India. Before IBM, he served as General Manager, Mid- Markets at Dell India where he was instrumental in making Dell the market leader across multiple products.
